Yeah, he seems prety goot for me.. Almost the half of cypriots in cyprus choosed obama, aswell! (Like i did)

on the first question; he's asking if you would rather end the people in the world being hungry (wanting to eat) or if you would rather find a cure for cancer.

on the last question; he is asking if you would want to help (probably give money) towards breast cancer (another type of cancer)
